NORMAN CLAYTON BIO

Norman Clayton, has been in the waterproofing business since 1980 when he started working for a specialty waterproofing company in the San Diego area. He was then hired by one of the largest manufacturers of waterproofing material in the state to be their top sales and training rep, training many waterproofing and pool contractors across the U.S. and Canada on the proper way to apply their material. After a brief stint in Hawaii, Norman came back to San Diego to run several of the largest waterproofing contractors in the county, growing and managing their companies and building relationships with some of the largest contractors in the state. In 2012, he started Kaimana Coatings, Inc. so he could continue to provide excellent service to our clients and general contractors, focus on quality waterproofing design and production and assist our contractors with troubleshooting their waterproofing issues and finding solutions to fit their needs.
