What is the average timeline for a project?
Deck Waterproofing: 5 days
Pool Decks/Underlayment: 3-5 days

Who are your preferred suppliers?
Our preferred suppliers are Hill Brothers and Westcoat.
Where can I get a quote for a project?

What is your protocol if a project runs over time?
We will keep you updated on timelines and if a timeframe for the project changes, we will contact your directly.
Will I be assigned a project manager?
Each of our crews has a foreman overseeing the project. Norman Clayton manages all projects.
Do you take credit cards?
Unfortunately, we do not take credit cards at this time. Check payments can be mailed to our office at 2930 Norman Strasse Road, Suite 101, San Marcos, CA 92069.
What does Kaimana mean?
Kaimana means “diamond” in Hawaiian. Noni Clayton was born and raised in Kailua, Oahu, Hawai’i and Norman lived there for several years so they have strong connection to the Hawaiian Islands.
